New publication on Tax Laws Implementation Challenges New publication on Tax Laws Implementation Challenges Zagreb, 26 August 2016.-  Programme Officer and Liaison at SEECEL, Mr Stjepan Srhoj has co-authored a publication 'Analysis of Tax Laws Implementation Challenges in the Republic of Croatia: Small Business Perspective' together with Mr Paulino Lonza, the Head of Section in Central Tax Antifraud Unit at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Croatia.
