The main objectives of the meeting were to introduce the approach of the new cycle, which contains some new elements and to engage in a policy dialogue on a crucial topic that repeatedly came up during the last cycle: access to finance for SMEs, especially non-banking finance where participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices regarding the subject.
SEECEL's representatives were Ms Efka Heder, Director, Ms Maja Ljubić, Assistant Director, Mr Thomas Farnell, Entrepreneurial Learning Expert and Mr Stjepan Srhoj, Programme Officer and Liaison.
